We understand it’s frustrating when the parent unit is not charging as expected. With the steps below, you can easily check what might be causing the issue.

In most cases, the parent unit itself is not defective, but rather a component such as the contacts or the adapter.

Please check the following:

• The charging contacts between the charger and the parent unit may be dirty. Carefully clean them with a bit of alcohol.
• If this does not help, you can gently clean the contacts using fine sandpaper.
• If the issue remains, the adapter may not be working properly.
