It's always annoying when something breaks.
In all probability, the camera itself is not broken, but there is something wrong with one of the components.
You can figure this out yourself by following the steps below:
- Try using the camera with only batteries instead of the power adapter. If the camera then works, there is probably something wrong with the power adapter.
- If the camera does not start, try to move the power adapter carefully up and down. If the camera does not switch on, try to move the power adapter on the camera up and down carefully.
- If none of the above works, then there is probably a defect in one of the parts inside the camera.
If your camera is still under warranty, you can report it for repair here.
If one of the parts such as the power adapter is broken and your camera is still under warranty, you can report this to us by filling in the repair form.
