Recently, you ordered an AlectoBaby product on our webshop. Of course, we hope that you will enjoy your purchase for a long time and experience many wonderful moments with Alectobaby.

If your product is not what you expected, you can always return it to us within 30 days, free of charge. You will then receive a full refund.

If you want to return the Lenco product, but you are not sure whether there is a better solution, do not hesitate and ask us for advice via the contact form.

If you want to return your product within the reflection period, the following information is important for you:

• Use the enclosed return label.
• You have thirty days reflection time
• The item must be in original/undamaged condition and in its original packaging (if possible back in the brown box).
• Do not forget to put the packing slip in the box, otherwise the warehouse cannot find your order.

After receipt of your Alectobaby product, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Our warehouse will check if the article has been returned correctly and will refund the purchase amount.
