In all probability this is a problem in router, you can try the following:
- Change wifi channel: 1 to 11 (some routers go up to 13).
- If the router is transmitting at 5 GHz, it won't work either. The camera works on 2.5 GHz.
- If this does not work, it is probably due to the encryption layer of the wifi, make sure it is the same as in the specifications of the camera. How to change this in your modem can often be found in the manual of your modem. Otherwise, contact your network provider for support.
