If the camera is connected with the UTP cable to the modem, restart everything and it should work. If necessary, check the settings in the modem. (How to do this can often be found in the manual that comes with the modem, otherwise you can always contact your internet service provider).

Then activate UpNp in the modem and set the camera to Unrestricted if necessary.
