It's always annoying when something goes wrong with your DBX-84, luckily you can easily find out what the problem is with the steps below.

It is unlikely that the parent unit itself is defective, it is more likely that there is something wrong with one of the components.

You can figure this out yourself by following the steps below:

•  Do not switch off the unit after charging, the battery will continue to charge. The unit measures the time of charging and not the voltage in the battery, therefore it is possible that the battery is not completely full while the unit indicates this.
• If the unit does not measure the voltage in the battery and the battery is empty quickly after being charged, the battery may have deteriorated. In that case, replace the battery, which can be ordered here .
