We are sorry to hear that you are unable to register the DVM200C. Here is a short video showing the steps you need to follow on the parent unit.

After following the steps on the parent unit, hold down this button until the power light on the additional camera starts flashing rapidly.

After a few seconds, the image from the new camera will appear on the parent unit's screen.

The new camera is now registered and ready to use.
