When you connect the BW-1000 to the adapter, keep it connected until “100” appears on the display. This indicates that the device is fully charged. It may take some time before this number is shown, so leave the BW-1000 connected to the adapter for a while.

Do you not see “100” appearing?
Then check whether:

• the adapter is properly connected;
• the power outlet is working;
• there is no visible damage to the adapter or cable.
