How come I have an hour difference while the automatic time zone and date and time are on?

The Netherlands normally falls under GMT +01.00, now with daylight saving time Amsterdam falls under GMT +02.00 in the Android system. The automatic time zone must be turned off, so that you can manually choose GMT +02.00.
