It is always annoying when something breaks.

If the DVM-200 shows the message pu or bu secid is not exist (with a number behind it), you can try to log off the camera and log on again according to the manual. You can also try to connect the camera to another channel. 

If this does not solve the problem, then there is an error in the software of the DVM-200.
